THE VANTAGE STRATEGIC PLANNING MODEL
Vantage owners include a medical school, a pharmacy school, and a dental school, as well as several community hospitals. Vantage owners remain independent and use their ownership in Vantage to offer services and programs that heretofore only large systems could develop.
Since 1984, when Vantage was created, organizations can offer jointly owned services not only to each other but to the wider market place.
Vantage continues to provide a greatly expanded and improved set of programs and services designed to address the needs of our patients and customers.
Under the Vantage model, cost centers have become revenue centers. Patients who had to travel to other communities for services can now receive them in their own home town.
